Partnerships

Through 211, the Helpline Center has partnered with community organizations on different ways to utilize 211 as the first access point to resources. From assisting to scheduling tax appointments in Black Hills to registering clients for the Sioux Falls Rake the Town, the Helpline Center is excited to use 211 in a variety of innovative ways aligning with the Helpline Center’s mission of creating connections all day every day.

Sioux Empire Network of Care

The Sioux Empire Network of Care is a partnership lead by the Helpline Center between multiple agencies working together to build a systematic infrastructure to coordinate basic need services for individuals and families in a more efficient, effective and caring manner. The vision of this project is help individuals get the help they need through the coordination of services.

Military, Veteran, and Family Support

The Helpline Center stands ready to help military members, veterans, and their families when they have simple questions, or when they need serious help, through its Military and Family Support program. South Dakota is home to hundreds of social service, non-profit, faith-based, and government organizations that can help military members, veterans, and their loved ones through the unique challenges that come with military service.

Child Care Helpline

Finding quality child care providers can be overwhelming, but it’s one of the most important decisions we can make for our children.  The Helpline Center is here to connect parents with customized child care referrals in the Sioux Falls area.
