Fosters networking and collaboration with other agencies.

How can you use 211?
Do you ever have clients or others come to you for services you don’t provide? For most agencies, this results in staff spending time searching for the appropriate place to refer individuals. Now, you can just have the person call 211 or you can search the online database.
As you get to know your clients, you may learn about needs that go beyond the scope of your services. Call 211 together to learn about other community resources.
