Providers of the Month Announced
The Helpline Center congratulates Lori Brewer, Sheri Brouwer, Brandi Olsen and Ashley Rathsachak of Citibank Family Center on being named the co-winners of the Provider of the Month Award. The nominator wrote, "My child will be moving out of the Peacock Room and on to preschool, and the Peacock teachers have done an excellent job of preparing her! My daughter will come home almost every night telling me that her teachers are her best friends and that her teachers are so funny. She loves every day and learns more all the time. They do great things to help the children really develop all of their self help skills. The teachers help the children embrace the chance to make their own decisions and to be in charge of their learning through interactive play and group time. The teachers are brilliant and take a lot of time to ensure the kids are learning all critical skills needed at this age. They have a very good routine, allowing the kids to feel comfortable and confident in their day and activities that will be happening. Every morning is calendar time and they talk about the date and month, followed by group time and outside play time. I am so fortunate to that my child has had the opportunity to be taught by Lori, Sheri, Brandi and Ashley. The Helpline Center recently honored Brewer, Brouwer, Olsen and Rathsachak with a certificate and a letter of appreciation from Mayor Mike Huether.
