Suicide and Crisis Support provides suicide prevention, intervention and aftercare services. Suicide and Crisis Support is accredited by the American Association of Suicidology and is a member of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

The Helpline Center served a key role in the development of the South Dakota Strategy for Suicide Prevention that was released in 2005. Several of the goals/objectives from the strategy are now in the process of being implemented.
