Youth Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that teaches adults assisting young people with a 5-step action plan to offer initial help to young people showing signs of mental illness or in crisis, and connect them with the appropriate professional, peer, social or self-help care.

Anyone can take the course, but it is ideally designed for adults who work with young people, ages 12-18—teachers, coaches, faith leaders, social workers, and other caring adults. In order to allow us to offer this course for free, you will be asked to complete online surveys.

Cost: Free, Registration Required
Lunch is on your own.
