The team builds meaningful relationships with individuals with disabilities, their families, and the people they interact and work with on a day-to-day basis. Advocates for increased self-determination, independence, productivity, and a healthy and satisfying quality of life for self-advocates and the community at large.

Programs and services include: Evaluation Clinics (Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinic, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Clinic, LEND Developmental Clinic, and Transition in Action Clinic), Autism Spectrum Disorder program, Birth to Three Program, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Program, LEND Program, RISE-UP Program, and Oyate Circle Program.

Dedicated to helping anyone who is struggling with pregnancy, abortion, natural family planning, marriage, child-rearing and life's difficulties. The group is willing to be of assistance emotionally, financially, in prayer, or with practical everyday needs.

Offering support, education, advocacy and resources for transgender/gender-diverse youth, their parents, and transgender/gender-diverse young adults up through age 35. Community Health Worker helps to advocate for the gender-diverse community.
