Through Camp Capacity Building non-profits across South Dakota build their capacity to problem solve, cultivate connections, and improve their effectiveness. This interactive experience is designed for executive directors and their teams.  

This year’s theme, Managing Complex Change, equips attendees with the mindset and tools to work through challenges and opportunities on the horizon.
