Supports individuals in the community with developmental delays by providing residential services, employment services, day programming, and nursing.

A community support provider offering services to individuals with disabilities in the areas of residential services, day services, medical services, personalized support plan, to help with attaining desired dreams and goals in the areas of home, work, and community;and the Career Advantage program.

Provides services and supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities by providing support, skills, and encouragement needed to achieve hopeful and successful futures. Services provided to program participants include special education, adult day programs, vocational programs, home-based instruction, residential living facilities, consultations, psychiatric services, medication management, counseling, and transition program.

RHD's Shared Living Program develops housing and community-based support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These include:

• Host Home - Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities get matched with a shared living provider and move into the provider home. The shared living provider is responsible to provide supports and services that foster independence.
• Transition Home - This home is staffed 24/7 and operated like a group home. It is used to house individuals while they are matching with their potential shared living providers.

Provides community-based training in work and/or residential settings and support services for adults with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities, and especially those with significant health issues.

The goal is to provide opportunities for individuals to live and work in the least restrictive environments possible.

LifeScape has licensed residential programs for children and adults in Sioux Falls.

Children/Young Adult - LifeScape offers a structured residential program for children and young adults through age 21. The goal is to return individuals to their own families and schools as quickly as possible. Most attend the specialty school, but some may attend a public school.

Adults - Some live in apartments or homes that they rent or own. Others live in groups of four to 12 in properties owned by LifeScape. Some adults need support 24 hours a day, and others need help only one or two hours a month.
