988 Mental Health Counselor (Full-time, Sioux Falls)
Mental Health Counselors provide evidence-informed crisis intervention, brief supportive counseling, suicide prevention, information & referral and follow-up services to individuals who contact the Helpline Center through 988 in emotional distress, with substance use issues or with suicidal ideation. Counselors interact with clients by telephone, SMS text messaging, and/or web chat. The position provides an opportunity to practice a wide range of clinical skills, and knowledge of the expanding field of behavioral health.
Eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus

Suicide Prevention and Outreach Coordinator (Full-time, Sioux Falls)
The position’s primary responsibilities are to provide suicide prevention outreach and education including providing individuals connection to community resources. The position provides an opportunity to practice a wide range of clinical skills, program development, and knowledge of the expanding field of behavioral health.
Job Requirements:

Suicide Loss and Support Coordinator (Full-time, Sioux Falls)
The Suicide Loss and Support Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to provide assistance in facilitating suicide prevention education and interventions, and to coordinate postvention efforts including providing grief support to family and friends who have lost someone to suicide.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in a human service field
-Experience working with suicide survivors or personal experience with a suicide loss
-Experience with crisis/suicide situations/grief recovery

988 Operations Manager (Full-time, Sioux Falls)
The 988 Operations Manager leads and supports a team of 988 Crisis Counselors providing evidence-informed crisis intervention, brief supportive counseling, suicide prevention, information & referral, and follow-up services to individuals who contact the Helpline Center in emotional distress, with substance use issues, or with suicidal ideation. The 988 Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that quality service is provided by the counselors through supervision, scheduling, monitoring, training, and coaching. The position provides an opportunity to employ a wide range of clinical skills, and knowledge of the expanding field of behavioral health.
Job Requirements:
-Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field required
-Supervision experience a plus

988 Team Lead (Full-time, Sioux Falls)
This is an ideal position for individuals who are interested in helping others and contributing to their community. The 988 Team Lead supports the team of Mental Health Counselors providing evidence-informed crisis intervention, brief supportive counseling, suicide prevention, information & referral, and follow-up services to individuals who contact the Helpline Center in emotional distress, with substance use issues, or with suicidal ideation. The 988 Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that quality service is provided by the counselors through shift guidance and support.
Job Requirements:
-Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field required
-Additional experience working in mental health counseling or mental health crisis strongly preferred.
