988 Mental Health Counselor (Full-time or part-time, Overnights)
This is an ideal position for individuals who are interested in helping others and making a contribution to their community. Mental Health Counselors provide evidence informed crisis intervention, brief supportive counseling, suicide prevention, information & referral and follow-up services to individuals who contact the Helpline Center through 988 in emotional distress, with substance use issues or with suicidal ideation. Counselors interact with clients by telephone, SMS text messaging, and/or web chat. The position provides an opportunity to practice a wide range of clinical skills, and knowledge of the expanding field of behavioral health. The position will work four ten-hour days.
*Shift times: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, qualifies for overnight shift differential
*Can be part-time or full-time
*$1,000 sign-on bonus
*This position can be remote (must be a South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, or North Dakota resident)

The Black Hills Program Coordinator is responsible for the programming and operations of the Volunteer Connections program and other related programs in the Black Hills.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in business or a comparable degree
-Experience with social service agencies/community services/volunteer organizations desired

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the marketing efforts for the Helpline Center including the design, planning, and execution of marketing and communication strategies. They are responsible for facilitating client and donor development through marketing efforts.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
-Minimum of 2 years of marketing and public relations experience

Chief Operating Officer (Full-time, Sioux Falls)
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations and programming in addition to assisting with the strategic direction of the Helpline Center. This role will serve in second command to the CEO.
Job Requirements:
-Master's degree preferred
-BS/BA with 10 years of experience with combination of leadership, operations, and program management.
-Excellent initiative, organizational skills, flexibility, and a strong desire to assist people.
A 211 Helpline Specialist provides resources and support to callers on our crisis and information lines. This position will also be a primary contact for individuals needing listening & support related to weather-related disasters.
Shift time: 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm shift Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
