Program Information
Provides nutritious meals, companionship, and community support to seniors and individuals in need while empowering them to live independently with dignity in their homes. Consists of a hot meal delivered to their door Monday through Friday from 10:45am to 12:30pm.

Menus meet 1/3 of the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI's) for the population served. Menus are designed by a Registered Dietitian and are low in fat and sodium. Special diets are available upon request;diabetic, gluten free, renal, as well as textured modified servings. Supportive services include: information and referrals, nutrition counseling and education.
Eligibility
Homebound persons age 60 and over, their spouse, and / or dependent adult living with them. People under 60 must contact Dakota at Home and check for eligibility.
