Program Information
Assistance to pay funeral costs and wake expenses for eligible tribal members. This is for people who are low income and have no other means to pay for a burial.
Eligibility
Low income Tribal members who live on or have established residency on tribal land.
Disabilities access
Accessible parking, route, and restrooms.
Required Documents
ID, Social Security card of deceased, enrollment paper stating Native American status, information selected funeral home providing the services.

Walk-in or by phone.
