Program Information
Provides housing assistance for at-risk individuals with credit problems, poor rental history (damage or unpaid rent), or criminal background and have difficulty finding housing. Program requirements include a source of income, a unit that is affordable, completion of The Community Outreach Genesis Program, and monthly home visits.
Eligibility
Families with children who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Individuals with a felony charge within the last 5 years are not eligible for this program.

Social security card or birth certificate, ID and proof of income.
