SHARE Program (Transitional Housing) at Sioux Falls - W. Russell Street
Program Information
Provides psychiatric services to adults diagnosed with a severe mental illness who are in need of case management and/or medication management. The transitional housing is an 11 bed facility with private rooms that provides supportive services to individuals who are homeless or currently residing in an unstable environment who have a substance use disorder as well as a severe mental illness. This is a sober living environment. Residents are provided 2 meals per day during weekdays and 3 meals per day on the weekend. Residents are expected to participate in constructive daily activity outside of the transitional facility 9:00am - 3:00pm, on weekdays. Life skills groups and on-site laundry also provided.
Eligibility
Adults (18 or older) with a severe mental illness diagnosis and substance abuse disorder.
