Program Information
A community support provider offering services to individuals with disabilities in the areas of residential services, day services, medical services, personalized support plan, to help with attaining desired dreams and goals in the areas of home, work, and community;and the Career Advantage program.
Eligibility
Must have a developmental disability that was manifested before the age of 22.
