Program Information

An independent living program located in Rapid City, that provides young adults ages 18-21 who are living with severe mental illness - Affordable housing, Safe, supportive environment, and Coordinated team approach.

Case management focusing on Life skills classes, Educational goals, Employment skills, Mental and physical health care needs, Connections with community resources, Aftercare planning and support, Assistance with transportation and bus services, Community recreation activities, Building and maintaining positive, health adult relationships, and Encourage healthy lifestyle choices.
