Domestic Violence Safe Options Services, Inc. (DVSOS) will end all operations on Monday, June 30th 2025. River City Domestic Violence Center in Yankton will expand their services for clients living in Clay, Union, and Turner Counties.
Program Information
Provides services to victims and survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, and stalking. They include Crisis intervention and referral services, 24-hour hotline, Temporary shelter, Support group, Transportation, food, clothing, and supplies, Safety planning, Crime victim compensation assistance, and Community education.
Services are confidential and free of charge.
Eligibility
Individuals or families suffering from domestic violence/abuse, dating violence/abuse, sexual assault/rape stalking or elder abuse. There are no income eligibility requirements.
