Program Information

Services include issuing marriage licenses, Land records from 1864 - present, Vital Records including birth, death, and marriage, E-Filing, and Recording of all documents pertaining to real estate such as: plats, deeds, mortgages, and contracts.

Also files State and Federal Tax Liens and Releases, Mechanics Liens, Military Discharges, County Indigent Liens, Sheriff's Levy's, Burials, Farm Leases, and Corner Records.
