Program Information

Provides assistance to victims and survivors of drunk and drugged driving crashes. Services may include emotional support, victim events, Support groups, Literature, Guidance through the justice systems, Information and referrals, and 24-hour national Help Line for victims of substance impaired driving crashes.


MADD Victim Advocates may be able to provide assistance in completing applications for Crime Victim Compensation, a state program that assists with expenses that have occurred due to a crime. They may offer court accompaniment, court case monitoring, and assistance in preparing Victim Impact Statements as well as parole hearing statements, and other services.

Support services are available for adult and children victims, survivors and families and friends who have been impacted by an impaired driving crash.
