Program Information

Provides medical, mental health, and complementary services in one location, by providers that collaborate care, to ensure the best treatment outcomes for clients. Services are available to all people of all ages seeking healing from mental and physical injury to improve health and wellness.

Services provided are mental health counseling for individuals, couples, and families. The Wellness Collective also provides functional medicine, nutrition therapy, massage, yoga, and psychiatry services. Telehealth is offered for individuals physically located in South Dakota, and psychiatry services are also available via telehealth for individuals located in ID, IA, KS, MI, MN, ND, and WY.
