Program Information

Volunteers of America, Dakotas' Summit Heights Properties (managed by Costello) offers 37, 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes for families who qualify under the tax credit/HOME funds guidelines.

The following definitions apply to all applicants to Summit Heights: applicant meets the requirements to live in tax credit/HOME funds-financed housing, applicant abides by the rules and regulations set forth in the residents' rights and responsibilities for the Summit Heights Program for chemical-, alcohol- and tobacco-free living, and a family/household whose head of household, spouse, co-head or sole member is 18 years of age or older. Unit is a non-crime free housing unit, individuals with a criminal history, with the exception of certain violent or sex crimes are accepted.
