Program Information
DSU contracts with the Madison Police Department (MPD) to have an officer on campus during normal business hours throughout the academic year. After regular business hours, MPD provides services 24/7 when called to the DSU campus.
There are security cameras installed across campus, and residence halls are controlled by card access.
DSU also has a Campus Watch program that provides patrols every evening from 8:00pm to 12:00am.
