Program Information
Provides transitional housing in a recovery-oriented sober living community. Services include addiction and mental health counseling, life skills and job training. Each resident is expected to create a self-directed income plan and housing plan and agree to live clean and sober.
One Heart is not a shelter and accepts participants only through agency referrals. Partner providers able to make referrals include public, private and governmental agencies. Individuals interested in becoming a participant should first ask any provider they have worked with if they are a referral source or call One Heart to discuss the current group of agency partners.
