Program Information
Assess property, maintain current ownership and property characteristics of all real estate in the county for property tax purposes following statutory guidelines. Provide assistance for platting and permitting, ensuring requirements are met. Maintain GIS system, oversee septic installations, assist with floodplain management. Regulate campground and vendor permitting.
