Program Information
The Per Diem program works to house eligible veterans in community-based housing. Upon completion of the program, veterans will assume the lease and this will become their permanent housing. Once accepted into the program, services provided include: assistance with rent;furniture;utilities;food and coordination with community resources.

Homeless and at risk veterans and families.
