Program Information
A financial resource that covers rent or mortgage payments for adult cancer patients needing surgery with a recovery time of 6-12 weeks. Patients who do not need surgery and need to go through chemotherapy and/or radiation will get up to $250.00 a month up to 16 weeks of treatment.
Eligibility
Adults 18 - 65 years old undergoing invasive major surgery to remove cancer.

Required Documents
ID required and validation letters with signatures from doctor and landlord;doctors note validating recovery time of 6-12 weeks to heal;validation letter from landlord or mortgage company on monthly payment;individuals name on lease, lot rent, or mortgage.
