Program Information
Provides personal cares, homemaking, and transportation services. Personal care services offered (but not limited to) include bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and help with mobility. Homemaking services offered include cleaning, dusting, laundry, trash, meal prep, and dishes.
Eligibility
Open to all age 65 and over. Open to people age 18 years and older who have a qualifying disability.
