Sioux Empire Network of Care Coordinator

The Network of Care Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the Sioux Empire Network of Care program. The Sioux Empire Network of Care is a collaborative effort among community organizations to build a coordinated social service system. The Network Coordinator is responsible for customizing the shared software for each partner agency and training/managing end users.  Please share the attached job descriptions with interested candidates.

Part-Time Helpline Specialist:  Weekend Hours

Do you want to join a great non-profit team?  The Helpline Center is looking for a part-time Helpline Specialist that has the ability to work weekends.   Helpline Specialists are responsible to provide quality customer service to people requesting assistance in the call center through calls, texts or emails.  Contacts range from providing information about social service programs, providing supportive listening or assessing in crisis situation such as suicide or domestic violence.
