Helpline Center University is a free learning opportunity designed to help you and your collegues better understand and navigate South Dakota’s community resources. The course is available online or you can request an in-person presentation for your group. Also learn about the Helpline Center’s history and core services, explore the 211 & 988 oonline community directories, and discover how to create customized resource guides for those you may serve. This self-paced courses provide practical tools and knowledge that strengthen connections to local support services and improve access to helpful resources across the state.
