The Older Adult Outreach program offers telephone support to eligible adults over 50 or those with disabilities who are feeling isolated, disconnected or experiencing mental health challenges. The program is designed to help people strengthen social connections, increase their sense of belonging and support independent living. Eligible participants must reside in Minnehaha, Lincoln, McCook or Turner Counties.
