Required Documents
Valid picture ID for all adults in the household, ID proof for everyone in residence, proof of age for all children ages 0-14 (birth certificate or medical card), proof of residence, and Tribal ID if applicable.
Additional Information
Registration is in person only. Childrenup to 14-years-old may also be signed up for Angel Tree gifts. Distribution will be during Christmas week.
